Dr. Julie LaRow, Ph.D., is the Acting Director and Integrated Resilience Policy Division Chief at United States Department of the Air Force. The Department of the Air Force Resilience office is dedicated to helping forces and families find the resources and support they need to succeed and thrive in all aspects of military life.  Resiliency, mental and physical health, spirituality, positive relationships are the qualities for which all Airmen and their families strive.
