Future technology for maintenance now
Maj. Jordan Criss, 325th Security Forces Squadron commander at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida is on the cutting edge of utilizing robotics, sensors and data integration as part of the developing of the base's Installation Resilience Operations Center on Tuesday, Mar 8, 2022. The IROC is not a building, but a data hub that collects data from sensors around the base and will allow various clients around the base, such as Civil Engineers, security forces, fire fighters, base leadership to have access to data simultaneously as part of the rebuild of Tyndall AFB after Hurricane Michael destroyed the base in 2018.
