A Solemn Mission

A joint military service detail assigned to Dover mortuary affairs, salute a fallen service members during a departure from Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The Air Force mortuary affairs unit at Dover remains prepared to service multiple fallen service members at one time, but the numbers have decreased dramatically after the draw down of military troops in Operation Enduring Freedom.
