U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. (Ret.) Ricky Rose Jr. smiles as he discusses the ups and downs of life during an Adaptive Sports Camp in Crested Butte, Colorado. Rose served honorably in the Air Force as a combat cameraman and Thunderbirds photographer. The camp was designed to provide encouragement to military veterans with post traumatic stress disorder, amputations and other injuries through outdoor sporting events.
