Partner Airlift

Capt. LeRoi Edwards is the air movements officer and officer in charge of the Aerial Port Squadron for the Heavy Airlift Wing in Pápa Air Base, Hungary. The Strategic Airlift Capability program, a multinational mission, is comprised of 12 countries operating out of Pápa Air Base.
