Col. Caesar Junker, director of the Wounded Warrior program for the Air Force Surgeon General, is also in charge of the Eglin Air Force Base Invisible Wounds Clinic project at Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, Va. Junker is also a physician at the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. and will incorporate many of the therapies and technologies used at NICoE in the new IW Clinic at Eglin.
