Staff Sgt. Geoffrey Moshier reviews an active duty request application with Senior Airman Scott William Munro, at the 311th Air Force Recruiting Station, Pittsburgh, Pa., Dec. 5, 2016. Munro currently serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and desires to transition to active duty. As a U.S. Air Force active-duty recruiter, Moshier meets with a wide-range of applicants, from civilian recruits to prior service members, conducts conference calls, high school visits, delayed-entry program discussions and processes new applications from civilians.
