California Department of Corrections inmate fire fighters clear a fire line near Santa Barbara, California, Dec 11, 2017. The inmates were brought in to help fight the Thomas Fire. The fire started on Dec. 4, 2017 in Santa Paula, near Thomas Aquinas College.
