MidshipmanTaylor Vendetta, of the U.S. Navel Academy, prepares to land his first free-fall jump from the U.S. Air Force Academy's AM490 Basic Parachuting course. The AM490 students are taken to 4,500 feet and they stand in the door over Colorado Springs and the Rockie Mountains and jump.
