Best Friends

Airman 1st Class Kaitlyn Evans sweeps a shed inside of a barn that houses her horse, Kobalt, in Lothian, Maryland. Evans spends about two hours a day cleaning and caring for Kobalt in addition to her day-to-day tasks. When she cannot make it to care for Kobalt, she relies on friends and the barn owner to provide care. Evans is an 11th Security Forces Squadron patrolman at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.
