Master Sgt. Jonathan Fiore, 149th Fighter Wing first sergeant, discusses the challenges of being in a new environment during an Innovative Readiness Training in Dayton, Tennessee. Fiore was inspired to earn a diamond after interacting with the first sergeant's at his duty station. While the job can be challenging and stressful, he finds it rewarding to have an impact on taking care of Airmen and their families.
