Welcome to the first quarterly edition of BLUE

We hope you’ll find the information here helpful to your understanding of the Air Force and its impact on you. The Department of the Air Force has changed a lot since its beginnings in 1947. Being flexible and adapting to changing times has been a hallmark of the Department, and it’s no different as a new era of great power competition becomes the focus of leadership. We’re taking a look at change, and how it’s impacting servicemembers in this edition of BLUE.
